模拟酸雨腐蚀环境下锂渣钢筋混凝土轴压短柱试验研究*

[摘要]通过对4根锂渣掺量为15%的钢筋混凝土短柱与4根普通钢筋混凝土短柱在模拟酸雨环境下进行不同周期腐蚀后的轴压试验,对比锂渣混凝土与普通混凝土耐酸雨腐蚀性能的区别,研究锂渣混凝土受酸雨侵蚀的规律。试验结果表明,锂渣混凝土与普通混凝土受酸雨的侵蚀规律相似,两者的耐酸雨腐蚀能力十分接近,锂渣钢筋混凝土短柱承载力下降程度略高于普通钢筋混凝土短柱。研究成果可为锂渣混凝土在实际工程中的推广使用提供参考。

Experimental research on lithium slag reinforced concrete short columns under axial compression and simulated acid rain corrosion

Abstract:Through the axial compression tests of four reinforced concrete short columns with 15% lithium slag and four ordinary reinforced concrete short columns with different corrosion cycles under simulated acid rain, the differences of acid rain corrosion resistance between lithium slag concrete and ordinary concrete were compared, and the rule of acid rain corrosion of lithium slag concrete was studied. The test results show that the corrosion regularity of lithium slag concrete is similar to that of ordinary concrete under acid rain. The corrosion resistance of lithium slag reinforced concrete  is very close to that of ordinary concrete. The bearing capacity of lithium slag reinforced concrete short columns decreases slightly higher than that of ordinary reinforced concrete short columns. The research results can provide reference for the popularization and application of lithium slag concrete in practical engineering.
