[摘要]对12根圆钢管橡胶混凝土(RCFT)短柱进行轴压试验,研究了橡胶掺量对圆钢管混凝土短柱力学性能的影响。结果表明:圆钢管橡胶混凝土短柱破坏形态为钢管一处或多处出现鼓曲或褶曲破坏;圆钢管橡胶混凝土短柱在加载过程中具有较好变形能力和后期承载力;圆钢管橡胶混凝土短柱轴压承载力随橡胶掺量的增加而降低。参考韩林海等给出的钢管混凝土轴压承载力计算公式,对试验数据进行线性回归,提出了圆钢管橡胶混凝土短柱轴压承载力计算公式。与试验值相比,计算结果偏于安全。

Effect of rubber content on mechanical properties of round rubber concrete-filled steel tubular short columns

Abstract:Axial compressive loading test was carried out on 12 of round rubber concrete-filled steel tubular (RCFT) short columns to study impacts of rubber content on the mechanical properties of the columns. The experimental results show that the failure modes of the columns are one or several ring buckles appeared around columns. The columns show high deformation capacity and late bearing capacity during the whole loading process. The axial compressive bearing capacity of the columns decreases with increase of the rubber content. Base on calculation formula of axial compressive bearing capacity of concrete-filled steel tubular columns given by Han Linhai et al., the calculation formula of axial compressive bearing capacity on RCFT was presented. Comparing with the results of experiment, the calculation results were relatively conservative.
