恒丰贵阳中心超长嵌固端楼板温度应力分析与设计

[摘要]恒丰贵阳中心项目结构的平面长度达414m,宽度达83~145m,尺寸超长,2层作为上部塔楼的嵌固端。详细介绍了施工阶段温差、使用阶段温差、收缩当量温差在本项目中的取值计算,以及在考虑季节温差和收缩效应共同作用下各工况的楼板温度应力分析,结果显示温度应力对超长结构的影响显著。根据温度应力分析的结果,除了对应力较大区域按照计算配筋结果进行双层双向配筋加强外,针对施工以及构造还提出了相应的技术措施以减小温差收缩效应的影响。

Thermal stress analysis and design for super-long embedded end floor of Hengfeng Guiyang Center

Abstract:Hengfeng Guiyang Center  has a super-long dimension with the plane length of 414m and width of 83~145m,the second floor of it could as the embedded end of the upper tower. The calculations of temperature difference in construction stage, temperature difference in use stage and shrinkage equivalent temperature difference in this project were introduced in detail. The floor temperature stress analysis under different working conditions was introduced considering seasonal temperature difference and shrinkage effect. The results show that temperature stress has  a significant effect on super-long structure. According to the results of temperature stress analysis, besides the double-deck and two-way reinforcement according to the calculated reinforcement results in large stress areas, corresponding technical measures were also put forward for construction and construction to reduce the effect of temperature difference shrinkage.
