[摘要]南京人民大会堂配套用房扩建工程——汉府饭店是一个典型的特别不规则复杂结构,不规则性主要表现在扭转不规则、竖向抗侧力构件不连续、楼板不连续等,对抗震不利。结合工程特点,着重介绍了该工程的结构选型与分析、计算模型的处理以及采取的多项针对性技术措施等,通过采取这些措施,并对关键部位构件选取合理的抗震性能化设计目标,保证了结构安全。

Structural design of expansion project of supporting houses for Nanjing Great Hall of the People

Abstract:Han Fu Hotel, which is the expansion project of supporting houses for Nanjing Great Hall of the People, is a typical special irregular complex structure. Its irregularity is mainly manifested in the irregularity of the torsion, the discontinuity of the vertical lateral force resisting members, the discontinuity of the floor, etc., which is unfavorable against seismic design. Combined with the characteristics of the project, the structural system selection and analysis of the project, the processing of the calculation model and the various targeted technical measures were introduced. By adopting these measures, the performance-based seismic design targets for the key components were selected to guarantee the structural safety.
