宁波国华金融大厦超高层斜交网格体系设计*

[摘要]宁波国华金融大厦塔楼建筑高度2061m,是一座5A甲级写字楼。塔楼采用斜交网格外框架核心筒双重抗侧力体系,周边钢梁仅在节点层与斜交网格刚接,在其余楼层铰接。重力支承系统包括横跨在核心筒与外围斜交网格之间的钢梁以及钢梁支承的钢筋桁架组合楼板。主要研究了该塔楼的结构体系及特点、结构构件的性能目标、斜交网格节点的设计、整体指标的控制、弹性时程分析的地震效应以及结构主要抗震构造措施。结果表明,

相对传统的框架核心筒结构体系,斜交网格外框架核心筒结构体系中斜交网格外框架承担的剪力和倾覆力矩均较大,可视为筒中筒结构体系。

Design of super highrise diagonal grid system for Ningbo Guohua Financial Tower

Abstract: Ningbo Guohua Financial Tower is a 5A grade office building of 2061 meters height. The double lateral force resisting system of the diagonal grid outer frame and the  corewall was adopted for the tower. The surrounding steel beams are simply connected to the diagonal grid at the node layer and hinged on the other floors. The gravity support system consists of a steel beam spanning between the outer diagonal grid and the corewall, and consists of the steel bar truss composite slab supported by the steel beam. The structural system and characteristics of the tower, the performance objectives of structural members, the design of diagonal grid joints, the control of overall indices, the seismic effect of elastic timehistory analysis and the main seismic structural measures were studied. The results show that the shear and overturning moments undertaken by the diagonal grid outer frame are larger for diagonal grid outer framecorewall structural system than those of the traditional framecorewall structural system, and diagonal grid outer framecorewall structural system can be regarded as the tubeintube structural system.
