余震作用下早龄期混凝土柱裂缝及内部损伤分析

[摘要]通过对不同龄期新浇筑混凝土柱施加不同地震加速度作用的试验,以模拟新浇筑钢筋混凝土结构构件受地震作用后的影响。研究发现,处于早龄期的混凝土柱在地震作用下产生自上而下的水平裂缝,裂缝位置在柱箍筋位置附近,且越接近柱端,裂缝越宽。龄期在48h以后的混凝土柱在受到地震扰动下,柱身和柱根均未见明显水平裂缝。通过超声波探伤表明,内部损伤与外观裂缝具有紧密的联系,龄期越短,内部损伤越为严重,且越靠近柱根,内部损伤越明显。

Abstract:Through the test of exerting different seismic acceleration on the new pouring concrete columns of different ages, the influence of the new cast reinforced concrete structure members under earthquake was simulated. The results show that some horizontal cracks are appeared from the top to the bottom of the early-age concrete columns under earthquake, and the positions of the cracks are near the stirrups. The closer to the end of the columns, the wider the cracks will be. There are no obvious horizontal cracks on the body and the root of the 48hage concrete columns which subject to seismic disturbance. The ultrasonic flaw detection shows that the internal damage is closely related with the cracks on the surface of the column. The shorter the age is, the more serious the internal damage will be, and the closer to the root of the column, the more obvious the internal damage will be.
