施工期预应力混凝土梁受力性能实测

[摘要]以混凝土结构的时变特性为基础,制定施工期预应力混凝土梁的实测方案和内容,通过原位实测,选择施工期预应力混凝土梁的实测工况,根据实测数据,分析预应力梁在施工期各工况的受力重分布规律。通过分析,指出了施工工序对施工期预应力混凝土结构受力性能的影响规律,实测数据证明了预应力筋张拉对施工期结构受力性能重调整的影响程度在10%~25%之间。该实测试验及相应结论为施工期预应力混凝土结构性能的受力分析和安全控制提供了实测依据。

Measurements onsite of characteristics of prestressed concrete beams during construction

Abstract:Based on the time varying characteristics of reinforced concrete structure, the scheme and the content of on-site measurement to the prestressed concrete beams were executed. According to the on-site measurement, the measuring condition of the prestressed beams during construction was selected, and the re-distribution of internal forces during construction was analyzed. The regularity between the work condition and the structure during construction is pointed out. The ratio of the internal-force re-adjusted is proved to 10% to 25%. The above contents can be reference for analyzing the characteristics of the concrete structure and ensuring the safety during construction.
