双层斜开槽钢板剪力墙抗震性能及抗剪承载力计算方法*

[摘要]提出一种由两片内填薄钢板组成的新型双向斜开槽钢板剪力墙。每片钢板开设与柱中心线呈45°角的系列斜槽并反向布置,两片钢板通过橡胶层粘接。在往复水平荷载作用下,双层斜开槽钢板中总有一层钢板其斜向板带处于受拉状态,因此,剪力墙系统表现出稳定的滞回性能,同时受拉板带为另一层钢板中受压板带提供面外支撑,显著提高了受压钢板的屈曲承载力,形成自防屈曲机制。通过有限元方法研究了高厚比、斜槽宽度及板带宽度对双向斜开槽钢板剪力墙抗剪承载力的影响。根据开斜槽钢板剪力墙的承载机制,理论推导了双层斜开槽钢板剪力墙承载力的计算公式,并以2 000mm×2 000mm钢板剪力墙为例,对其有限元模拟方法进行了验证。最后给出了双层斜开槽钢板剪力墙的设计建议:斜槽宽度40mm、板带宽度200mm的双层斜开槽钢板剪力墙的抗剪承载力可采用简化计算公式乘以放大系数1-24来计算。

Seismic behavior and calculation method of shear capacity for double-layer inclined slotted steel plate shear wall

Abstract:A new double-layer inclined slotted steel plate shear wall composed of two sheets of filled steel sheets was proposed. Each steel plate was provided with a series of inclined slots at an angle of 45° to the center line of the column and arranged in reverse, and the two steel plates were bonded by a rubber layer. Under the action of reciprocating horizontal load, there was always a layer of steel plate in the double-layer inclined slotted steel plate, and the inclined plate strip was in the tension state. Therefore, the shear wall system exhibited stable hysteresis performance, and at the same time, the tension plate strip provided the out-of-plane support for the pressure-bearing plate strip of another steel plate, which significantly improved the buckling bearing capacity of the pressed steel plate and formed a self-defense buckling mechanism. The effects of high-thickness ratio, inclined slot  width and strip width on the shear capacity of double-layer inclined slotted steel shear wall were studied by finite element method. According to the bearing mechanism of the inclined slotted steel plate shear wall, the calculation formula of the bearing capacity of the double-layer inclined slotted steel plate shear wall was derived theoretically. Taking the 2 000mm×2 000mm steel plate shear wall as an example, the finite element simulation method was carried out for verification. Finally, the design proposal of the double-layer inclined slotted steel plate shear wall was given. The shear capacity of the double-layer inclined slotted steel plate shear wall with the inclined slot width of 40mm and a strip width of 200mm can be calculated by the simplified calculation formula multiplied by a factor of 1-24.
