苏州月亮湾建屋广场E座超限高层结构设计

[摘要]苏州月亮湾B3地块建屋广场E座建筑高度为222-80m,采用型钢混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,超B级高度,平面呈矩形,核心筒高宽比达22-27。设计中进行了腰桁架使用与否的多方案比较分析,结果表明不采用腰桁架方案较优;针对核心筒高宽比过大的特点,结合抗震规范对本工程进行性能化设计;并采用SAUSAGE与ABAQUS两种软件对结构进行大震动力弹塑性时程分析,针对薄弱部位采取加强措施,确保结构具有较好的抗震和抗风性能。

Structural design on the overrun high-rise of building E in Suzhou Moon Bay Building Plaza

Abstract:The  building E in B3 block of Suzhou Moon Bay Building Plaza has building height of 222-80m, which adopts reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure system. The building E is an over B-level height building with  rectangular plane, and the core tube  aspect ratio of which is 22-27. In the design, the comparison and analysis of the schemes with or without  waist trusses were carried, and the result show that the scheme without  waist trusses is better. According to the characteristics of high aspect ratio of  core tube, the performance-based design of this project was carried out combined with seismic code. The dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis of the structure under the rare earthquake was also carried out with two kinds of software (SAUSAGE and ABAQUS), and strengthening measures were taken to the weak parts of the structure for ensure that the building has better performance under earthquake and wind.
