徐州杏山子车辆段上盖项目隔震设计

[摘要]徐州杏山子车辆段上盖项目为典型地铁上盖项目,上盖住宅部分采用剪力墙结构体系,底盖部分采用框架结构体系。该项目具有体系复杂、构件类型多、多塔、大底盘等特点。设计中采用了隔震技术,在车库层采用厚板转换上部结构。对结构在风荷载及多遇地震、设防地震、罕遇地震等各种水平荷载作用下的情况进行分析,确保结构满足设计性能目标要求;并进行了厚板转换和结构弹塑性性能专项分析。结果表明,结构各项指标满足要求。

Seismic isolation design of project above Xing Shanzi Metro Depot in Xuzhou

Abstract:The project above Xing Shanzi Metro Depot in Xuzhou is a typical subway cover project, which adopts shear wall structural system in upper residential buildings above the metro depot and frame structural system in bottom part. The project has the characteristics of complex structural system, many types of components, multi towers, and large chassis and so on. The isolation technology is adopted in the design, and thick plate transferred to upper structure in the garage floor. The structure was analyzed under the action of  various horizontal loads such as wind load and frequent earthquake, fortification earthquake and rare earthquake, so as to ensure that the structure met the design performance target requirements, and the special analyses were conducted on the thick plate transition and structural elastic-plastic performance. The results show that all indexes of the structure meet the requirements.
