[摘要]建筑工程中新型闭口压型钢板组合楼板使用逐渐增加,采用耐火钢的组合楼板具有更优良的抗火性能。利用ABAQUS建立了闭口压型钢板组合楼板的非线性抗火计算模型,通过与已有试验结果对比验证了其抗火分析计算的准确性和有效性,在此基础上对闭口压型钢板组合楼板的抗火性能进行参数分析,考虑了混凝土及钢材材料强度、楼板及压型钢板厚度、钢材耐火性、楼面荷载等因素的影响。分析计算表明,采用闭口压型钢板的组合楼板可显著提高其耐火时间,采用耐火钢材后耐火时间可进一步提高10%左右;提出了适用于闭口压型钢板组合楼板的温度场计算公式和抗火性能计算方法,以及采用耐火钢材后的耐火时间修正公式。

Study on influencing factors of fire resistant performance of new\|type closed profiled steel plate composite slab

Abstract:The use of new-type closed profiled steel composite slabs in construction projects is gradually increasing, and the composite slabs with fire-resistant steel have better fire resistance performance. A non-linear fire-resistant calculation model of closed profiled steel plate composite slab was established by ABAQUS. The accuracy and validity of the fire-resistant analysis and calculation were verified by comparing with the experimental results. On this basis, the fire-resistant performance of closed profiled steel plate composite slab was analyzed by parameters, taking into account the influences of strength of concrete and steel materials, thickness of slab and profiled steel plate, fire resistance of steel, floor load. The analysis and calculation show that the composite slab with closed profiled steel sheet can significantly improve its fire-resistant time, and the fire-resistant time can be further increased by about 10% after using fire-resistant steel sheet. The formulas for calculating temperature field and caculation method for fire resistance performance of composite slabs with closed profiled steel sheets were presented, and the modified formulas for fire resistance time of composite slabs with fire-resistant steel sheets were also proposed.
