［摘要］新修订的《建筑抗震加固技术规程》(JGJ116—2009)已于2009年8月1日颁布实施，为更好地理解与执行新规程，从主要修订内容、规程适用范围、抗震加固原则、抗震加固设计、加固施工与材料要求几个方面，对新标准进行了细致的解读与探讨。

Basic stipulation for seismic strengthening of existing buildings

Abstract:The new Technical specification for seismic strengthening of buildings (JGJ116—2009) was put into effect on August 1st, 2009. For the purpose of better comprehension and execution of the new specification, the basic stipulation for seismic strengthening of buildings was discussed particularly, such as the scope of application of the specification, the principal of strengthening, the design method of seismic strengthening, the special requirements of construction and material, and so on.
