基于BIM技术的装配式建筑设计与建造研究

[摘要]对装配式建筑的特征进行了分析,归纳了BIM技术在装配式建筑设计、生产、施工阶段的应用价值。通过BIM技术及不同软件在南通政务中心停车综合楼项目中的应用,从标准化设计、可视化设计、构件模型深化、碰撞检查和施工模拟等五个方面进行研究,分析装配式建筑设计和建造中BIM技术及其相关软件的适用性和可操作性,从而有效优化建筑设计进程,缩短设计和建造周期。

Research on design and construction of prefabricated buildings based on BIM technology

Abstract:The characteristics of prefabricated buildings were analyzed, and the application value of BIM technology in the stage of design, production and construction of  prefabricated buildings were summarized. According to the application of BIM technology and different softwares in the project of Nantong Administrative Center Parking Building, research was carried out from five aspects:standardized design, visual design, component model deepening, collision inspection and construction simulation, the applicability and operability of BIM technology and related softwares  in the design and construction of prefabricated buildings were discussed, which optimizes the architectural design process and shorten the design and construction cycle effectively.
