江苏大剧院音乐厅钢屋盖温度效应与施工合拢温度探讨

[摘要]以建设中的江苏大剧院音乐厅钢屋盖施工安装为背景工程,根据钢屋盖对温度作用的敏感程度不同,将其分为正壳与反壳两个部分,采用有限元软件MIDAS/Gen对正壳与反壳进行温度效应分析,分析不同环境温度下,施工合拢温度的选取对结构最大应力及支座反力的影响。综合结构最大应力与支座反力随合拢温度的变化曲线,确定音乐厅钢屋盖最佳施工合拢温度为10~20℃,为钢屋盖现场施工合拢提供技术指导。将计算结果同实际监测数据对比分析,验证有限元计算模型及计算方法的正确性,为大型复杂建筑钢结构工程施工合拢温度研究提供参考。

Study on temperature effect and construction closing temperature in steel roof of concert hall in Jiangsu Grand Theater

Abstract:Based on  the construction and installation of the steel roof of the concert hall of  Jiangsu Grand Theatre under construction, according to the sensitivity of the steel roof to temperature, it is divided into two parts: the positive shell and the reverse shell. The finite element software MIDAS/Gen was used and the temperature effect analyses of the positive shell and the reverse shell were carried out to analyze the influence of the selection of the construction closing temperature on the maximum stress of the structure and the reaction force of the support under different ambient temperatures. The variation curves of the maximum stress of the integrated structure and  the bearing reaction force with the closing temperature determine that the optimal construction closing temperature of the steel  roof of the concert hall is 10~20 ℃, which provides technical guidance for the on-site construction of the steel roof. The calculation results were compared with the actual monitoring data to verify the correctness of the finite element calculation model and the calculation method, which provides reference for the study of the construction temperature of large complex building steel structure engineering.
