翼缘V形加劲G550高强冷弯薄壁槽钢受弯构件屈曲性能试验及数值模拟*

[摘要]为了研究翼缘V形加劲对高强冷弯薄壁槽钢受弯构件屈曲模式和承载力的影响,分别对翼缘无V形加劲、翼缘偏腹板一侧V形加劲、翼缘中间V形加劲以及翼缘偏卷边一侧V形加劲等4种截面形式的8组G550高强冷弯薄壁槽钢受弯试件进行了静力试验研究。结果表明,翼缘V形加劲试件相比翼缘无V形加劲试件的受弯承载力提高了28%~53%,且翼缘V形加劲导致试件的畸变屈曲问题突显;翼缘V形加劲位置对试件的屈曲模式和受弯承载力有重要影响,且与卷边宽度有关。短卷边试件表现为畸变屈曲,其中翼缘中间V形加劲试件的受弯承载力最大;长卷边试件表现为局部与畸变的相关屈曲,其中翼缘偏腹板一侧V形加劲试件的受弯承载力最大,但较翼缘中间V形加劲试件的受弯承载力提高了不到1%;综合考虑,翼缘中间V形加劲对提高试件受弯承载力效果最好。对试验进行了有限元模拟,试验结果与有限元模拟结果吻合良好。

Buckling behavior experiment and numerical simulation on G550 high-strength cold-formed thin-walled channel steel flexural members with V-shaped stiffeners in flange

Abstract:In order to investigate the influence of the V-shaped stiffeners in the flanges on buckling modes and bearing capacity of high-strength cold-formed thin-walled channel steel flexural members, static test research was conducted on 8 groups of G550 high-strength cold-formed thin-walled channel steel flexural specimens with 4 kinds of cross-sections 1 11including non-V-shaped stiffening flange, V-shaped stiffening flange near the web, intermediate V-shaped stiffening flange and V-shaped stiffener flange near the edge. Results indicate that bending strength of the specimens with V-shaped stiffening flange can be increased about 28% to 53% compared with the specimens without V-shaped stiffening flange, and the distortional buckling of the specimen is more prominent due to V-shaped stiffening flange. The flange stiffening position has a significant influence on the bending strength and buckling mode of the specimens, which are also related to the edge stiffener width. The distortional buckling occurs on the specimens with the short edge stiffener, in which bending strength of the specimens with intermediate V-shaped stiffening flange is the maximum. The interaction between local and distortional buckling occurs on the specimens with the long edge stiffener, in which bending strength of the specimens with V-shaped stiffening flange near the web is the maximum but no more than 1% of bearing capacity of specimens with intermediate V-shaped stiffening flange. Overall, intermediate V-shaped stiffening flange is the best way to increase the bending strength of the specimens. The finite element simulation of the experiments was carried out, and the experimental results were in good agreement with the finite element simulation results.
