现有结构实验室内新建大型多功能结构试验平台设计与施工研究*

摘 要

[摘要]在华南理工大学现有结构实验室内新建2 000t大型多功能结构试验平台,平面尺寸为10m×12m,地下操作室深3-8m。结合结构分析与试验需求,对试验平台扩展锚固台、设备钢\|混凝土组合底梁等关键部件进行了研究,在扩展锚固台上采用同时包含锚孔和锚槽的地锚系统;克服场地限制条件,采用逆作法完成了试验平台下部基础的施工,成功安装底梁钢构件以及地锚系统。新建试验平台与原有反力架结合,满足多种试验需要。可为其他高校及研究机构新建大型结构试验平台提供参考。

Design and construction research of a large-scale multifunctional structure experimental platform built in present structure laboratory

Abstract:A large-scale multifunctional structure experimental platform of 2 000t with a 10m×12m plane size and a 3-8m deep operation room was built in a present structure laboratory of South China University of Technology (SCUT). Combining with the structural analysis and experimental requirements, the key components of the extended anchorage platform of experimental platform and the steel-concrete bottom beam of the equipment were studied. Ground anchor system including both anchor hole and groove was adopted on the extended anchorage platform, and the construction of the lower foundation of the experimental platform was completed by reverse construction method to overcome the site restrictions, and the bottom steel beam components and the ground anchor system were successfully installed. The new experimental platform was combined with the original reaction frame to meet various experimental needs. It could provide reference for other universities and research institutes to build large scale structure experimental platforms.
