苏州中心广场项目超长超大地下室结构设计

[摘要]苏州中心广场是一个大型商业综合体项目,地下室采取整体开发,地下室外墙采用两墙合一方案,地下室长度方向最长约380m,为超长超大地下室结构。模拟苏州地区的最不利温度工况,并考虑混凝土收缩影响和徐变、界面裂缝对温度应力的折减,利用有限元的方法对结构的温度应力问题进行较为细致的模拟分析,并采用MIDAS Gen和YJK两个软件进行对比分析。根据计算结果有针对性进行加强,在定量分析的基础上,再辅以添加膨胀剂、抗裂纤维等其他地下室混凝土裂缝控制措施,以实现无缝设计。

Structural design  on super long and large basement  of Suzhou Central Plaza Project

Abstract:Suzhou Central Plaza Project is a large-scale commercial complex project. The basement is developed as a whole. The underground outdoor wall adopts dual-purpose diaphram wall. The length of the basement is about 380 meters long, which is a super-long and large basement structure. The most unfavorable temperature conditions in Suzhou area were simulated, the effects of concrete shrinkage and creep and the reduction of interface cracks to temperature stress were considered, the finite element method was used to carry out detailed simulation analysis of the temperature stress problem of the structure. MIDAS Gen and YJK software were used for comparative analysis. According to the calculation results, the target is strengthened. On the basis of quantitative analysis, it is supplemented with other basement concrete crack control measures such as adding expansion agent and crack-resistant fiber to achieve seamless design.
