长沙CBD某超高层结构设计

[摘要]长沙CBD某超高层结构高度249-65m。根据塔楼使用人数,结构按标准设防类进行抗震设计;对比风洞试验数据和规范值,采用规范数值进行设计。塔楼采用框架-核心筒+伸臂桁架+柱间支撑结构体系,结构底部框架柱内设型钢以增强结构刚度,使核心筒剪力墙免于受拉。通过多方案优化,结构周期、剪重比、刚重比等指标均控制在合理范围。采用YJK,ETABS软件对结构进行了多遇地震弹性分析、设防地震分析和罕遇地震动力弹塑性分析,验证了结构的耗能性能,且结构达到了抗震性能目标。各项结构分析指标满足规范及超限审查要点要求,结构安全可靠、经济合理。

Structural design of a super high-rise building in Changsha CBD

Abstract:A super high-rise project in Changsha CBD has a structural height of 249-65m. According to the number of tower users, the structure was designed for earthquake resistance according to the standard fortification category. The wind tunnel test data with standard value were compared, the standard value was adopted to design. The tower adopts a frame-corewall structure+ outrigger truss + inter-column support system, and the frame column at the bottom of the structure was provided with section steel to enhance the structural rigidity and prevent the shear wall from being pulled. Through comparison of multiple schemes, the structural period, shear-weight ratio and rigid-to-weight ratio were all controlled within a reasonable range. YJK and ETABS software were used to analyze the structure under frequent earthquakes, fortification earthquakes and rare earthquakes. The energy dissipation performance of the structure was verified and the seismic performance target was achieved. All structural analysis indexes meet the requirements of the specification, and the structure is safe, reliable and economical.
