高温后钢筋套筒灌浆接头力学性能试验研究*

[摘要]为研究火灾高温后钢筋套筒灌浆接头的力学性能,考虑不同钢筋直径、温度以及高温持续时间等因素,对钢筋套筒灌浆接头进行了模拟火灾高温试验,并对高温后接头的变形性能及抗拉强度进行了试验研究。结果表明,随火灾温度的升高,接头的残余变形增大、抗拉强度降低,接头破坏状态也由钢筋拉断逐步向钢筋拔出转变;当温度低于600℃时,接头各项力学性能变化幅度较小,当温度高于600℃后,接头各项力学性能退化明显,且高温持续时间越长,接头各项力学性能退化幅度越大;钢筋直径越大,接头各项力学性能受高温影响越明显。研究结果可为装配式结构火灾后的性能评估提供参考依据。

Experimental study on mechanical properties of reinforced sleeve grouting joint after high temperature

Abstract:In order to study the mechanical properties of the reinforced sleeve grouting joint after fire high temperature, the simulated fire high temperature test was carried out on the reinforced sleeve grouting joint considering the factors of different reinforced bar diameters, temperatures and high temperature durations. The deformation performance and resistance of the joint after high temperature were also tested. The deformation and tensile strength of the joint after high temperature were studied. The results show that with the increase of fire disaster temperature, the residual deformation of the joint increases, the tensile strength decreases, and the joint failure state is also gradually transformed from the steel bar rupture to the steel bar pull\|out. When the temperature is lower than 600 ℃, the variation range of mechanical properties of the joint is small. When the temperature is higher than 600 ℃, the mechanical properties of the joints deteriorate significantly, and the longer the high temperature duration is, the greater the deterioration of the mechanical properties of the joints is. The larger the reinforced bar diameter is, the higher the mechanical properties of the joints are affected by the high temperature. The research results can provide a reference for the performance evaluation of assembled structures after fire disaster.
