[摘要]针对目前装配式混凝土结构的浆锚搭接灌浆饱满度缺乏有效的无损检测技术,研究了基于冲击回波的无损检测方法测试单筋和钢筋集中束浆锚连接节点灌浆饱满度。介绍了扫描式冲击回波法检测混凝土结构缺陷的原理及方法。详细阐述了采用扫描式冲击回波法检测设有大、小直径波纹管试件及实际工程中装配式剪力墙波纹管浆锚搭接节点的测试结果,且总体测试结果良好;通过对冲击回波频谱图、名义厚度的分析,得出扫描式冲击回波法可较准确地判断金属波纹管内灌浆的饱满度的结论。

Experimental study on testing grouting quality of grouted and splicing joints in precast concrete structure using impact-echo method

Abstract:In view of the lack of effective non-destructive testing technology for grouting quality of grouted and splicing joints in precast concrete structures at present, the non-destructive testing method based on impact-echo method was used to test the grouting quality of grouted and splicing joints with single reinforcement or reinforcement concentrating bundle. The principle and method of scanning impact-echo method for detecting concrete structural defects were introduced. The test results of detecting the large and small diameter corrugated pipe specimens and the assembled shear wall corrugated pipe anchor joints in the actual project by scanning impact-echo method were described in detail. The overall test results are good. Through the analysis of the spectrogram and the nominal thickness, it is concluded that the scanning impact-echo method can accurately judge the quality of grouting in the metal corrugated pipes.
