幕墙预埋件承载力非线性有限元分析

(1 华森建筑与工程设计顾问有限公司,深圳518054; 2 奥雅纳工程咨询有限公司,深圳518026)[摘要]根据试验提供的条件建立预埋件有限元模型,并介绍了数值模拟过程中为保证分析正确性采取的措施。利用LS-DYNA求解器进行计算,考察了幕墙预埋件的抗拉承载力和抗剪承载力,并与试验结果进行比较。结果表明,有限元分析结果与试验结果吻合较好,数值模拟中混凝土裂缝的发展过程与试验中混凝土裂缝的开展极为相近。分析方法可供类似项目参考。[关键词]幕墙预埋件;有限元分析;非线性;抗拉承载力;抗剪承载力中图分类号:TU391.9文献标识码:A文章编号:1002-848X(2011)02-0094-03Nonlinear finite element analysis of bearing capacity of embedded part in curtain wallMa Chenjie1,2, Zhong Yubai1, Xu Xuan1(1 Huasen Architecture & Engineering Design Consultants Ltd., Shenzhen 518054, China;2 ARUP, Shenzhen 518026, China)Abstract:Based on the experiment, a finite element model was built, and the measures for ensuring the analysis accuracy in the numerical simulation process were introduced. Moreover, the LS-DYNA solver was adopted to investigate the tensile and shearing resistance capacity of the embedded part in curtain wall, and comparison with the experimental results was also made. The comparison shows that the finite element analysis results are consistent with the experimental ones, the development process of the crack in the reinforced concrete in the numerical simulation is very close to that in the experiment.
