装配式结构混凝土结合面粘结强度试验研究*

[摘要]为研究施工质量缺陷对混凝土结合面粘结强度的影响,考虑结合面是否清理和是否洒水湿润两种处理情况,共4种工况,结合工程实际设计了结合面不同处理状况下的混凝土叠合试件,并采用钻芯植筋拉拔法对混凝土结合面正拉粘结强度进行了试验研究。研究结果表明:钻芯植筋拉拔法用于原位检测混凝土结合面粘结强度是可行的;就粘结强度而言,结合面是装配式混凝土结构的薄弱部位;表面处理情况对混凝土结合面粘结强度有明显影响,结合面粘结强度随积灰面积的增大基本呈线性下降趋势;通过比较结合面粘结强度值可反映二次浇筑施工质量。研究结果可为结合面施工质量检测评定以及工程验收提供参考和依据。

Experimental study on bond strength of concrete interface of prefabricated structure

bstract:In order to study the effect of construction quality flaw on the bond strength of concrete interface, the concrete composite specimens under different treatment conditions on interface were designed by considering whether the interface to be cleaned or to be wetted, total four working conditions. Combining with engineering practice, experiments on normal bond strength test of concrete interface were carried out by core-drilling and pull-stripping with embedded bar. Study results indicate that: the method of core-drilling and pull-stripping with embedded bar is feasible for bond strength inspection of concrete interface in situ; the interface was the weak part of the prefabricated concrete structure in terms of bond strength; the surface treatment has a significant influence on the bond strength of concrete interface, and with the increase of the dust area, the bond strength of interface decrease basically linearly; the construction quality of the secondary pouring can be reflected by comparing the bond strength value of interface. The research results can provide reference and basis for the quality inspection, evaluation and construction acceptance of interface construction.
