［摘要］某酒店因大风降雨天气导致外墙上部干挂石材脱落砸向地面，对人员及财产安全造成较大影响。通过对该酒店干挂石材幕墙的整体检测与检验，参照《民用建筑可靠性鉴定标准》(GB 50292—2015)，结合石材幕墙缺陷损伤特点，对石材安全性等级评定提出具体建议，为同类干挂石材幕墙结构安全现状检测及修复处理提供了参考。

Safety test and rating recommendation of dry-hanging stone curtain wall on exterior wall

Abstract:The dry-hanging stone on the exterior wall of a hotel fell off and hit the ground due to heavy wind and rain, which had a great impact on the safety of people and property. Based on the overall inspection and appraisal of the dry-hanging stone curtain wall of the hotel, according to the Standard for appraisal of reliability of civil buildings (GB 50292—2015), concrete suggestions for the evaluation of stone material safety grade were put forward considering the defect damage characteristics of stone curtain wall, which provides a reference for the inspection and appraisal of similar dry-hanging stone curtain wall structures.
