[摘要]通过卤水侵蚀下的水泥基灌浆料抗压性能试验,研究了水泥种类、水、水胶比、胶砂比、粉煤灰掺量、减水剂含量以及膨胀剂对水泥基灌浆料抗压强度的影响,以及不同情况下耐蚀系数的差异性。试验研究表明,在大量试验基础上配制的水泥基灌浆料初始流动度基本上都在300mm以上;在合适的配合比情况下,以普通硅酸盐水泥为主要成分的新型水泥基灌浆料在耐蚀性能上优于硫铝酸盐水泥;水胶比0-35、粉煤灰掺量15%、聚羧酸减水剂含量1-3%、胶砂比控制在1:1的情况下,配制出的水泥基灌浆料初始流动度为345mm,3d抗压强度接近43MPa,28d抗压强度接近69MPa,各龄期耐蚀系数均在0-9以上,且具有良好抗卤水侵蚀性能。

Experimental study on corrosion resistance performance of cement-based grouting material under brine erosion

Abstract:The compressive performance experiment of cement-based grouting material under brine erosion was carried out to study the influences of cement type, water, water-to-cement ratio, cement-to-sand ratio, fly ash content, water reducer content and expansive agent on compressive strength of cement-based grouting material, as well as the difference in corrosion resistance coefficient under different conditions. The experimental research shows that the initial fluidity of cement-based grouting material prepared on the basis of a large number of experiments is basically above 300mm; in the case of suitable mix ratio, the new cement-based grouting material with ordinary Portland cement as the main component has better corrosion resistance performance than sulphoaluminate cement; when water-cement ratio is 0-35, fly ash content is 15%, polycarboxylate water reducing agent content is 1-3%, and the ratio of cement-to-sand ratio is controlled at 1∶1, the initial fluidity of the cement-based grouting material is 345mm, and the compressive strength at 3 days is close to 43MPa, and the compressive strength at 28 days is close to 69MPa, and the corrosion resistance coefficient of each age is above 0-9, and it has good resistance to brine erosion.
