[摘要]为了解决脱硫石膏大量堆置带来的环境污染问题,拟将改性脱硫石膏作为胶凝材料替代水泥应用于巷道喷层支护中。为了验证该类支护结构的可靠性,设计了不同加载条件下改性脱硫石膏基混凝土巷道喷层支护结构模型试验,对改性脱硫石膏基混凝土支护结构的力学特性进行了系统研究。试验结果表明:改性脱硫石膏基混凝土支护结构的整体承载力较大,替代水泥混凝土用于煤矿巷道支护是可行的;侧压是决定整个支护结构承载力大小的关键因素,随着侧压的逐渐增大,支护结构的整体承载力逐渐减小,且试件的破坏形式由拱部压剪破坏逐渐向腿部受拉破坏过渡。

Experimental study of modified flue gas desulphurization gypsum concrete support structure

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by the large amount of flue gas desulphurization(FGD), the modified FGD gypsum was used as cementing material instead of cement in roadway shotcrete support structure. In order to verify the stability of this kind of support structure, the model test of modified FGD gypsum concrete support structure of roadway under different loading conditions was designed, and its mechanical properties were systematically studied. The results show that: the overall bearing capacity of modified FGD gypsum concrete support structure is enough to replace the cement concrete in support of the coal mine roadway; the lateral pressure is the key factor to determine the bearing capacity of the whole supporting structure, with the increase of lateral pressure pressure, the overall bearing capacity of the retaining structure decreased gradually, the failure form of the specimen is gradually destroyed by arch compression shear failure to leg strain failure.
