岩土工程新技术在软土地区深大地下工程中的应用*

[摘要]沿江沿海软土地区深基坑工程临时围护结构工程量大,资源浪费严重,同时高地下水位条件下,基坑开挖渗漏水风险和承压水降压对周边环境的影响加剧了工程风险。以上海虹桥商务区D13街坊项目的设计和实践为例,介绍了“桩墙合一”技术和TRD水泥土搅拌墙两项岩土工程新技术在基坑工程的应用。该项目采用“桩墙合一”设计,利用围护排桩作为永久使用阶段地下结构侧壁的一部分,分担永久使用阶段侧向土压力,减小了地下室外墙厚度,节省了大量资源。为减小降压对周边环境影响,采用TRD等厚度水泥土搅拌墙设置深40~49m止水帷幕,成墙质量均匀可靠,隔水性能好。目前该基坑工程已顺利完成,岩土工程新技术的应用大幅节省了工程造价,并很好地保护了基坑周边的环境。

Application of new geotechnical technologys in deep and large underground projects in soft soil area

Abstract:For deep excavations constructed in riverside and coastal areas, the engineering quantity of temporary retaining structures is large and may bring about serious waste of resources. At the same time, under the condition of high groundwater level, the leakage risk during excavation and the influence of pressure-relief of confined water on the surrounding environment aggravate the engineering risk. New techniques of dual-purpose bored pile wall method and steel cement-soil wall constructed by TRD method were introduced in the excavation engineering of Hongqiao D13 project in Shanghai. By using dual-purpose bored pile wall method, in which bored piles were used as retaining structures at excavation stage and as a part of structural walls at permanent stage, the thickness of basement exterior wall was reduced and the construction materials were significantly saved. To minimize the influence of dewatering on the environment adjacent to the excavation, 40~49m-deep cut-off walls constructed using TRD method were used. The quality of the wall was uniform and reliable, and the water separation performance was good. At present, this excavation engineering project has been successfully completed. The application of new geotechnical techniques in this project not only saved construction cost but also protected environment around the excavation.
