基于Grasshopper参数化设计的异形空间网架结构建模新方法及结构比选*

摘 要

[摘要]针对传统等高线法建立异形空间网架结构时出现的网格划分质量差、杆件长度变化大等问题,提出了使用参数化P-C法建模的新思路。以南昌市某异形网架结构为例,利用Rhino平台的Grasshopper插件进行参数化P-C法建模,再将此模型与传统等高线法建立的模型导入3D3S软件中进行计算对比。结果表明:参数化P-C法移植性强,类似工程仍可适用;此法建立的模型曲面拟合度高,网格划分效果好,后期调整模型方便,杆件长度均匀且利用率高,可降低用钢量。

New structural modeling method for special-shaped spatial grid structure based on parametric design of Grasshopper & structural comparison and selection

Abstract:The traditional contour method has some problems, such as poor meshing quality and large variation of member length when establishing special-shaped space truss structure. A new idea of parametric P-C modeling was put forward. Taking a special-shaped grid structure in Nanchang as an example case,  parametric P-C model was established by using Grasshopper plug-in of Rhino platform, and then the model was imported into 3D3S software to compare with the traditional contour method. The results show that  parametric P-C method is suitable for similar projects because of its strong transplantability; the model established by this method has high fitting degree of curved surface, good meshing effect, convenient adjustment of later model, uniform length of rod and high utilization rate, and can reduce steel consumption.
