北京大望京村2号地项目618-3#塔楼结构设计

[摘要]北京大望京村2号地项目618-3#塔楼地上37层,建筑幕墙高度170m,结构高度149-95m,结构体系为钢管混凝土框架+伸臂桁架+钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构,属于A级高度复杂高层建筑。为了最大限度地在满足建筑功能的同时实现成本最优化的目标,设计中严格控制各项结构不规则指标,尤其是尽量减小加强层的刚度实现“有限刚度”以减轻由加强层造成的结构内力突变、刚度突变程度。针对本工程多项指标接近规范限值的准超限特点,设计中采取多项技术措施加以应对,对主塔楼结构进行小震弹性计算、静力弹性时程分析、大震下动力弹塑性变形验算和加强层楼板有限元分析。结果表明,结构各项指标均满足规范要求,可达到预期的抗震性能目标。

Structural design of 618-3# tower in 2nd plot of Beijing Dawangjing County

Abstract:The 618-3# tower with 37 floors in 2nd plot of Beijing Dawangjing County has curtain wall with height of 170m and structural height of 149-95m. Composite structural system was adopted including concrete-filled steel tube column frame, outriggers and reinforced concrete corewall. It belongs to an A-class complex high-rise building. In order to maximize the cost optimization while satisfying the building functions, the irregular structural indexes were strictly controlled in the design. Especially the stiffness of the strengthened story was minimized to achieve “finite stiffness” to reduce the sudden change of internal force and stiffness caused by the strengthened story. Many indexes of this project were close to the norm limit value, so there were many technical measures adopted in the design to deal with it. The main tower structure was analyzed by elastic calculation and static elastic time-history analysis under frequent earthquake, dynamic elastic-plastic deformation checking calculation under rare earthquake and finite element analysis was conducted on strengthened floor. The results show that all the indexes of the structure meet the requirements of the code to achieve the expected seismic performance targets.
