[摘要]成都某超高层建筑高度为177m,高宽比为7-7,结构采用框架-剪力墙体系,局部设置钢支撑,提高了结构Y向刚度,改善了结构层间位移角、刚重比等计算参数;结构存在框架柱高位转换、大开洞楼板、穿层柱等特点,采用性能化设计方法进行设计,并对结构进行了基于构件拆除法的防连续倒塌分析。结果表明,结构各阶段的性能水准均能满足设定的性能目标,同时针对各阶段分析结果提出了相应的抗震加强措施。

Design and analysis on a super high\|rise frame-shear wall structure with truss transfer

Abstract:The super high-rise building in Chengdu with building height of 177m and aspect ratio of 7-7 adopts structural system of frame shear-wall.The steel braces ware locally provided to increase the Y-direction stiffness of the structure and calculation parameters such as story drift angle and rigidity-gravity ratio ware improved. The performance-based design method was used considering characteristics of high level transfer in frame column, floors with big opening and the cross-layer columns. The progressive collapse resistance based on removing element method was carried out. The results show that the performance objectives of the structure can meet the predetermined levels at different stages. Specific strengthening measures were proposed according to the analysis result at different levels.
