7度区框架-核心筒结构概念设计中若干关键问题研究

[摘要]以我国最近5年设计建造的高层框架-核心筒结构为背景,研究了7度区(0-1g)框架-核心筒结构概念设计中的若干关键问题以及相应的设计控制指标,主要包括核心筒与楼层的面积比值、核心筒的高宽比、核心筒的外墙厚度与内墙厚度、核心筒的外墙开洞、框架柱和框架梁的截面尺寸以及楼板厚度等。从结构力学性能的角度出发,通过算例分析并结合工程设计经验,给出了框架-核心筒结构概念设计中主要设计控制指标的取值建议,以供工程设计人员参考。

Research on critical issues of conceptual design  of frame-corewall structures in region of 7-degree seismic precautionary intensity

Abstract:Based on the high-rise frame-corewall structures designed and constructed in the last five years in China, several critical issues and corresponding design control indexes in the conceptual design of frame-corewall structure in region of 7-degree seismic precautionary intensity with seismic acceleration of 0-1g were studied, including the area ratio of corewall to floor, the height-width ratio of corewall, the thickness of outer wall and inner wall of corewall, the opening of the outer wall of the corewall, the section size of the frame column and the frame beam, and the thickness of the floor slab. From the point of view of structural mechanical performance, the example analysis was used to combine engineering design experience, and the value proposals of main design control indexes in the conceptual design of frame-corewall structure were given for reference of engineering designers.
