海口美兰国际机场T2航站楼结构设计要点

[摘要]海口美兰国际机场T2航站楼总建筑面积29-6万m2,平面尺寸为750m×405m。场地设防烈度为8度(0-3g),属于高烈度区,抗震设防类别为重点设防类,项目首次采用跨层设置隔震层的隔震方案,达到隔震层上部的混凝土框架及屋盖钢结构支承结构满足降低设防烈度一度设计的相关要求。介绍了航站楼的结构体系并详细分析了以下三个结构设计要点:根据海南地区特有的贝壳碎屑岩层,通过试验桩工程,解决了贝壳碎屑岩层桩基成孔、成桩难的问题,并优化了基桩设计,结合隔震技术要求,基于变刚度调平设计方法进行地基基础设计,工程桩检测成果表明达到设计预期;对于工程中大量的圆钢管型钢混凝土柱和钢筋混凝土梁的连接,提出了一种新的连接方式,采用ANSYS软件对此节点形式进行有限元分析,研究了节点的受力性能和破坏形式,并且验证了此节点形式在工程中使用的可靠性,从而大量减少工地现场焊接工作量以保证施工质量;工程采用缓粘结预应力技术,这是一项新颖但尚未广泛应用的结构技术,针对其具有张拉时效限制的特点,阐述了实际施工中的应对策略。

Structural design on T2 terminal building of Haikou Meilan International Airport

Abstract:The total area of T2 terminal building of Haikou Meilan International Airport is 296 000m2, and the plane dimension is 750m×405m. The seismic fortification intensity of the site is 8  degree(0.3g). It belongs to high seismic intensity zone, and the seismic fortification category is key fortification class. The cross-layer seismic isolation technique is applied for the first time. It meets the design requirements of reducing seismic fortification intensity of the concrete frame above the isolation and the supporting structure of the steel roof by one degree. The structural system was introduced and three key points of the design were analyzed. First, according to the peculiar shell debris rock layer in Hainan, after testing piles project, the problems of pore-forming of piles are reasonably solved and the design of piles is optimized. Combined with the requirements of seismic isolation technique, the foundation design was conducted based on the variable rigidity design method. The detection results meet the design expectations. Secondly, there were a large number of connections of circular concrete filled steel tubular columns and reinforced concrete beams, a new connection method was proposed. Using ANSYS software for finite element analysis, the mechanical performance and failure forms of the joints were studied, and the application reliability is validated to ensure the construction quality by reducing the welding work on the site. The retard-bonded prestressing technology was adopted, which was a new technique but not widely used. Due to its characteristic of the tension time limitation, its application strategies in the actual construction were described.
