贵阳某超限高层塔楼结构设计

摘 要

[摘要]介绍了工程的特点和结构体系布置,采用两种软件对F座塔楼进行了弹性反应谱下的计算对比,补充了弹性时程分析以及动力弹塑性分析。结果表明,结构能够实现抗震性能目标并达到多道抗震防线的要求。采用MIDAS Gen软件对F座塔楼进行施工模拟加载验算,考虑施工阶段混凝土收缩、徐变等因素下外框柱与核心筒的竖向变形及差异,并将模拟计算结果与一次性加载和不考虑收缩徐变的施工模拟结果进行对比,对水平构件的设计给出符合工程实践的建议。

Structural design of a super high-rise tower in Guiyang

Abstract:The features and structural layout of the project were described. Two softwares were applied to calculate the elastic response spectra of tower F for comparison, both elastic time history analysis and nonlinear static analysis were complemented. The results show that the structure can realize seismic performance objectives and meet the requirements of multiple anti seismic systems. The MIDAS Gen software was used to simulate the construction loading process of tower F, and the vertical deformation and difference between the outer frame and the core tube were calculated with  considering the shrinkage and creep of concrete during construction. The simulation results were compared with the results of one-time loading and construction simulation results without considering the shrinkage and creep. Suggestion was given to the design of the horizontal components in accordance with the engineering practice.
