新北京中心三期塔楼结构抗震设计

[摘要]新北京中心三期塔楼地下4层,地上57层,建筑高度275-0m,采用斜交网格圆钢管混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构体系。介绍了结构设计的方案比选过程,对斜交网格外框架与竖直网格外框架体系、钢筋混凝土内筒和钢支撑内筒体系以及楼盖方案进行了综合比选。介绍了结构体系关键构件的设计方法,对斜交网格钢管混凝土外框柱的计算长度进行了计算分析,并应用于整体结构分析和构件设计中。对斜交网格外框柱X形交叉节点进行了研究和分析,并提出了钢管混凝土柱X形相贯节点的构造做法。

Structural seismic design of New Beijing Centre Tower Ⅲ

Abstract:New Beijing Centre Tower Ⅲ with 57 floors and 4 floors basement is 275-0m high. Its structure system is composed of a reinforced concrete core and a diagrid concrete filled circular steel tube (CFCST) frame. Different types of structure systems were compared, including diagrid frames, vertical frames, reinforced concrete core, steel braced core and different kinds of floor systems. Thus an optimized system was obtained. The design methods of key members were proposed based on seismic conceptual design and performance-based seismic design. The effective lengths of diagrid CFCST columns were analyzed and applied in the over-all structure design. The X-shaped connections in diagrid frame were studied, and a construction method of X-shaped tubular connection was proposed.
