摩擦摆支座力学性能探究与其应用分析*

[摘要]当摩擦材料为超高分子聚乙烯时,为探究摩擦摆支座的滞回耗能性能,在MTS试验机上对其进行了拟静力试验,并分析对比了润滑摩擦和干摩擦时支座的耗能能力。试验表明,以超高分子聚乙烯为摩擦材料的摩擦摆支座具有良好的耗能性能,且竖向压力一定的情况下,润滑摩擦试验时,随着加载速率的增加,支座的耗能能力基本不变;干摩擦试验时,随着加载速率的增加,支座的滞回曲线更加饱满。水平加载速率一定的情况下,随着竖向压力的增大,润滑摩擦和干摩擦时支座的滞回曲线均趋于饱满,支座的耗能能力提高。以宕昌县某幼儿园工程为算例,详细介绍了以摩擦摆支座为隔震装置的设计流程,包括隔震模型的建立、支座的布置、地震波的选取、设防烈度下地震响应分析以及罕遇地震下地震响应分析。

Research on mechanical properties and application analysis of friction pendulum bearing

Abstract:In order to explore the hysteretic energy dissipation performance of the friction pendulum bearing when the friction material is ultra-high molecular polyethylene, the quasi-static test was carried out on the MTS test machine, and the energy dissipation capacity of the  bearing during lubrication friction  and dry friction was analyzed and compared. The test results show that the friction pendulum bearing with ultra-high molecular polyethylene as friction material has good energy dissipation performance, and when the vertical pressure is certain, the energy dissipation capacity of the  bearing is basically unchanged with the increase of the loading rate. In the dry friction test, the hysteretic curve of the bearing becomes fuller with the increase of loading speed. When the horizontal loading rate is constant, as the vertical pressure increases, the hysteresis curve of the bearing tends to be full during lubrication friction and dry friction, and the energy consumption of the bearing increases. Taking a kindergarten project in Tangchang County as an example, the design flow of the friction pendulum bearing as the isolation device was introduced in detail, including the establishment of the isolation model, the arrangement of the bearing, the selection of the seismic wave, the seismic response analysis under the fortification intensity and seismic response analysis under rare earthquakes.
