[摘要]聊城交大科技园国际交流中心项目存在外形竖向渐收及平面不规则的特点,在结构设计过程中,首先针对竖向渐收采用基础变刚度调平和竖向抗侧力构件的布置来进行设计;其次结合功能调整平面布局改善结构不规则程度,使结构布置在满足建筑功能需要的同时避免工程超限;最后采用了SATWE,PMSAP软件对工程进行了弹性分析比较和弹性动力时程分析。分析结果表明,结构满足规范要求,具有良好的承载和变形能力。

Structural design on a frame-shear wall structure with gradual reduction in vertical plane

Abstract:The project of Liaocheng Jiaoda International Exchange Center has the characteristics of gradual reduction in vertical plane and plane irregularity. In the process of structural design, first of all, the design on gradual reduction in vertical plane was carried out by adopting the layout of the foundation variable stiffness leveling and vertical side resistance components. Secondly, the planar layout was adjusted according to the function to improve the irregularity degree, so as to meet the requirements of the building function and avoid the out-of-code items of project. Finally, SATWE and PMSAP programs were used to conduct elastic analysis and elastic dynamic timehistory analysis. The analysis results show that the structure meets the specification requirements and has good bearing capacity and deformation capacity.
