组合梁板结构在地下车库顶盖中的应用*

[摘要]结合某地下车库顶盖结构工程设计实例,详细介绍了重载、大跨条件下地下车库顶盖结构采用组合梁板结构的优越性,介绍了设计流程及其重点与难点,提出了相关构造措施,并进一步进行了经济性分析。实践表明,地下车库顶盖采用组合梁板结构可以有效实现地下车库大跨和控制层高、降低自重、合理控制造价的目的,且采用叠合板组合梁可预制装配、快速施工;地下结构大跨顶盖舒适度设计时采用峰值加速度指标控制更加合理;采用合理的截面设计与合适的构造措施可以降低材料用量,简化施工流程;相比于混凝土梁板结构顶盖或空心板结构顶盖,组合梁板结构顶盖虽增加了用钢量,但减少了土方开挖和运输量,且减少了钢筋、模板、支架用量,综合造价更低;采用大柱网方案的地下车库在相同占地面积下提供了更多停车位,综合效益显著。

Application of composite beam-slab structure in the roof system of underground garage

Abstract:Based on an actual design case of a heavy-load and long-span underground garage roof structure, the composite structures consisting of steel beams and concrete slabs were used and the design procedures were introduced, which were proved to have many superiorities. The relevant structural measures  were presented and further cost computation and economic analysis were conducted. Through design practice, several conclusions can be drawn as follows: the application of composite beam-slab structure for the roof system of underground garage can effectively realize the purpose of long-span design and decrease the structural height and self-weight, meanwhile facilitate the construction process by partially prefabricating, which brings considerable economic benefits; it is more reasonable to adopt the peak acceleration index  in the serviceability design of roof system of underground garage; appropriate section design and construction measure can effectively reduce material usage and simplify construction process; compared with the concrete beam-slab roof system or hollow roof system, the composite beam-slab roof system  increases the amount of steel consumption but decreases the amount of soil excavation and the amount of rebar, templates and supports, which results in lower cost; lager size of column grid offers more parking lots within the same architectural space, which brings significant economic benefits.
