铸钢球节点的内力状态参数分析及合理设计

[摘要]以球形铸钢球节点为研究对象,对其力学特性进行非线性有限元分析。对内力分布,并首次对内力状态和断裂特点进行分析,得出铸钢节点在应力集中程度和应力状态三维程度上都有明显改善,容易实现强节点弱构件的设计要求,能够避免焊接节点焊缝区易发生脆性开裂的危险。铸钢节点的倒角和壁厚的参数有限元分析结果表明,倒角和壁厚存在合理的取值范围,可保证铸钢节点良好的受力特性,提高铸钢节点设计的经济性。

Stress state parameters analysis and reasonable design of cast steel joints

Abstract:Mechanic performance of cast steel joints was studied including stress distribution, stress state and fracture behaviour. The result of finite element analysis proved that the stress concentration and stress state triaxiality were relieved. The design of strong joint was achieved for structure engineering. Cast steel joints were exonerated from the risk of weld fracture in welded zones. It concluds that there exists reasonable value ranges of fillet angle and wall thickness based on the parameters analysis. Appropriate value can assure the good mechanic performance and economy of cast steel joints design.
