河南艺术中心艺术墙单层索网-钢结构基于性能的设计研究

[摘要]河南艺术中心40m高悬臂玻璃艺术墙采用了“单层索网次结构-平面钢管相贯桁架主体结构”体系。首先研究确立了结构整体大变形失稳破坏极限状态下体系强度的强屈比、体系变形的延性性能,对整体结构进行了考虑几何非线性、材料弹塑性、初始几何缺陷的稳定分析与设计。重点进行了基于延性性能的结构抗震性能研究,对整体结构进行大震弹塑性时程分析,对结构自振特性、构件应力比、结构位移、塑性铰分布与损坏程度等性能进行深入量化分析与设计。通过上述系列分析研究,实现了抗震安全及整体稳定安全的双重延性性能化设计目标。

Abstract:The cantilevered art wall with 40m height at Henan Provincial Art Centre, employs a structural system of the single layer cable-net combined with pipe truss. The structural overall stability analysis was conducted considering geometric nonlinearity, elastic-plastic material, and initial geometric imperfection respectively, to identify the yield ratio and the structural ductile deformation under the buckling collapse limit state.  The structural seismic performance was studied on the basis of the ductility behavior by performing the elastic-plastic time-history analysis. The numerical analysis and design were conducted for the structure modal, the member stress ratio, the structure displacement, the plastic hinge distribution, and the collapse level. Through the above analysis, the objective of the double ductility performance design of the earthquake-resistance security and the overall stability security was realized.
