受边载作用桩的桩身涂层应用研究陈杰,姚文娟,周华聪(上海大学土木工程系,上海 200072)[摘要]由于桩土间的相对位移,桩身上会产生正摩擦和负摩阻力。工程中由于负摩阻力产生的下拉荷载不仅使桩竖向承载力减小,还会导致结构物的不均匀沉降。鉴于此,提出了在桩身负摩阻力范围内加涂层的方法,并使用有限元程序ABAQUS验证了该方法的有效性。模型首先用来测试桩承受轴向荷载时桩的承载性能,在达到满意的结果之后,再用来分析涂层分布范围和涂层材料对桩身摩阻力的影响。基于分析数据,作出相应的图表预测桩身摩阻力的变化,结果表明桩身涂层可以有效减小负摩阻力,提高桩的整体承载力。[关键词]桩;边载;负摩阻力;涂层中图分类号:TU473.1文献标识码:A文章编号:1002-848X(2011)01-0111-03Research on coating application of piles subjected to surcharge loadingChen Jie, Yao Wenjuan, Zhou Huacong(Department of Civil Engineering, Shanghai University, Shanghai 200072, China)Abstract:Depending on the relative movement of the pile-soil system, there will be positive and negative skin friction on the piles shaft. In the engineering project, negative skin friction is the drag force that will reduce the vertical bearing capacity and cause differential settlement of the structure. Coating the piles shaft was applied, and the FE program ABAQUS was used to verify the validity. The numerical model was used to test the bearing performances of piles subjected to axial loading. Upon achieving satisfactory results, the model was then used to generate data for piles subjected to surcharge loading with coating or not, also the different distribution and different kinds of coating. Based on the results of the present investigation, design charts were presented to predict the change of skin friction.
