柳州地王国际财富中心超高层结构抗震设计

柳州地王国际财富中心超高层结构抗震设计王国安,冯平(AECOM建筑设计(深圳)有限公司,深圳 518059)[摘要]柳州地王国际财富中心高303m,为钢框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构。针对工程的特点,重点探讨了结构布置、抗震设防性能目标、计算分析等。采用人行激励时程分析验算“钢梁+组合楼板”的竖向振动。通过静力弹塑性分析找出结构的薄弱部位,并采取针对性的抗震加强措施。[关键词] 超高层;混合结构;抗震性能设计;楼板竖向振动;静力弹塑性分析中图分类号:TU973.18, TU313文献标识码:A文章编号:1002-848X(2011)01-0040-05Structural design and research of Liuzhou Diwang International Centre of WealthWang Guo′an, Feng Ping(AECOM Architecture Design Company in Shenzhen, Shenzhen 518059, China)Abstract:The structure system of Liuzhou Diwang International Centre of Wealth is steel framework-reinforced concrete mixed structure with the height of 303m. According to characteristics of the project, the structure arrangement, anti-seismic performance targets and calculation analysis were discussed. The pedestrian inspire temporal analysis was carried out to check the vertical vibration of steel beam and combined floor.
