基于优化设计方法的大宽高比混凝土锥形扩展基础工程实例分析*

[摘要]在已有研究的基础上,针对宽高比大于2-5混凝土锥形扩展基础提出下压和上拔优化设计方法。基于现有常规设计方法及提出的优化设计方法,对四川“500kV山桃Ⅰ,Ⅱ线迁改工程”、“500kV山桃Ⅲ,Ⅳ线迁改工程”进行了设计,并将两种方法设计出的基础的钢筋、混凝土用量等技术经济指标进行了比较。结果表明,与现有设计方法设计出的常规扩展基础相比,采用提出的优化设计方法设计得出的大宽高比混凝土锥形扩展基础能显著节省混凝土用量,同时钢筋用量增加有限,整体经济效益非常明显。

Engineering case study on cone-shaped spread concrete foundation with large width-to-height ratio based on optimum design method

Abstract:Based on existing studies, a set of optimum design methods for the cone-shaped spread concrete foundation with width-to-height ratio greater than 2-5 under compressive load and uplift load were proposed. With the existing conventional design methods and the optimum design methods proposed, the engineering design of Sichuan “500kV Shantao Ⅰ, Ⅱ Line Relocation Project” and “500kV Shantao Ⅲ, Ⅳ Line Relocation Project” was carried out. The results designed by the two methods, and the technical and economic index, such as the use of steel reinforcement and concrete, were compared. The results showed that, when compared with the traditional spread foundations designed by the existing design method, the use of cone-shaped spread concrete foundations with large width-to-height ratio based on the optimum design method can save the amount of concrete significantly, and the increase of steel reinforcement is limited. The overall economic benefits are obvious.
