[摘要]重庆冉家坝广场3号塔楼主体结构屋顶高度193-0m,为B级高度的超限高层建筑,结构体系为钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系。3号塔楼横跨于轨道5号、6号线之上。为减少轨道对上部建筑的影响,采用了与轨道完全脱开的基础设计。通过对轨道及建筑基础相互关系的计算分析,可知本工程基础结构设计安全可靠,能够满足结构安全及建筑功能的要求。

Foundation design of railway superstructure

Abstract:The height of the main structure of the No. 3 tower at Ranjiaba Square in Chongqing is 193-0m. It is an out-of-code high-rise building of level B. The No.3 tower structural system is a reinforced concrete frame-core tube system. The No.3 tower spans over metro line 5 and line 6. In order to reduce the influence of track on the upper building, a design approach that the foundation completely separates from the track was used. Through the calculation and analysis of the relationship between the track and the building foundation, it shows that the design of the foundation of this project is safe and reliable, and it can meet the requirements of structural safety and building functions.
