钢结构拼装胎架研制及其在大跨度钢桁架中的应用

摘 要

[摘要]通过自主研制钢结构拼装胎架并将其应用于机场、体育中心等装配式大型钢桁架结构工程,发现钢胎架为工程钢结构地面拼装焊接、正立整体拼装、一次吊装就位等施工工艺带来极大便利;通过严格控制火焰煨弯等施工工艺,可提高大跨度悬挑弧形桁架的加工、吊装和拼装精度,缩短工程施工工期,同时保证作业人员安全。

Development of steel structure assembled bed-jig and its application in large-span steel truss

Abstract:A steel structure assembled bed-jig was developed and applied in assembled large-scale steel truss structure such as airports and sports centers. This application greatly facilitates construction technologies such as ground assembly and welding, upright entire assembly, and one-time installation. It can improve the  accuracy, the lifting and assembly of large-span cantilever trusses, shorten the construction period and ensure the safety of workers by controuing the construction technology of  the hot bending of belfast truss strictly.
