型钢混凝土斜交转换柱关键施工技术研究

[摘要]贵阳花果园R1区7#楼(逸林酒店)项目采用型钢混凝土斜交转换柱,介绍了斜交转换柱技术特点和施工工艺。运用Tekla Structures软件,采用施工过程模拟分析的方法对斜交转换柱制作、安装、钢筋优化及模板内支撑加固等方面进行了施工过程分析,提出了型钢混凝土斜交转换柱施工的几点优化建议,保证了型钢混凝土斜交转换柱的质量,提高了施工效率和钢结构与土建部分的衔接效率,缩短了施工工期。

Study on key construction techniques of steel reinforced concrete inclined transfer columns

Abstract:Doubletree Hotel by Hilton in No. 7 building of  Guiyang Huaguoyuan R1 District adopts steel reinforced concrete (SRC) inclined transfer columns. The technical characteristics and construction technique of inclined transfer columns were introduced. Using the Tekla Structures software, the construction process simulation analysis method was used to analyze the construction process of the production, installation, reinforcement of steel bar and the support and reinforcement in the formwork, and some optimization suggestions were put forward for the construction of the steel reinforced concrete inclined transfer columns, and the quality of the steel reinforced concrete inclined transfer columns was guaranteed, which improved the construction efficiency and the connection efficiency between the steel structure part and civil part, and shortened the construction period.
