宿迁某购物广场主塔楼超限结构设计

[摘要]江苏宿迁某购物广场主塔楼采用型钢混凝土外筒-钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构体系,由于其层高变化不均匀以及上部为loft楼层,使其在竖向呈现不规则性。通过在设备层布置带状桁架以及loft楼层增加外围层间梁,以增强结构的抗侧刚度,来满足层间位移角的要求。对场地特征周期的取值以及多遇地震下选取何种地震影响系数曲线进行了阐述。采用基于抗震性能设计方法,复核不同水准下结构的承载力与变形抗震性能,包括小震弹性计算、关键构件中震设计以及罕遇地震下的弹塑性时程分析。提出有针对性的超限设计措施,使其能实现预定的设防目标。

Structural design on out-of-code main tower building of a shopping plaza in Suqian

Abstract:The main tower building of a shopping plaza in Suqian, Jiangsu Province, adopts a hybrid structural system of steel reinforced concrete outer tube and reinforced concrete corewall. Because of its uneven layer height change and the upper loft floors, it has vertical irregularity. The requirements of inter-story drift angle can be satisfied by arranging the waist truss and increasing outer inter-story beams in the loft floor to increase the lateral stiffness of the structure. The value of site characteristic period and the selection of seismic influence coefficient curves under frequent earthquakes were described. Based on the seismic performance design method, the bearing capacity and the seismic performance of the structures under different levels were reviewed, including the elastic calculation under frequent earthquakes, the design of the key members under fortification earthquake and the elasto-plastic time-history analysis under the rare earthquake. Targeted out-of-code design measures were put forward, so that it could achieve a predetermined fortification target.
