某大型钢结构雕塑的设计与分析

[摘要]大型城市雕塑属于空间异型复杂结构,需采用专门的有限元软件对其进行受力分析。以“潍水之灵”钢结构雕塑工程为例,采用SAP2000软件对其进行详细的分析和计算。结果表明,该结构的振型及动力特性相当复杂,其基底以受剪为主,且扭转效应十分严重,需考虑双向地震作用及高阶振型的影响;同时通过屈曲稳定分析可知,该结构具有足够的屈曲安全系数,而且无论在弹性或塑性阶段,P-Δ效应都会随竖向及侧向荷载的增大而越来越明显,结构也越易失稳破坏。还对雕塑进行了构件验算及相应节点设计,阐述此类特种建筑的设计难点,供同类结构设计参考。

Design and analysis of a large steel structure sculpture

Abstract:Large urban sculptures are spatially heterogeneous complex structures that require specialized finite element software to analyze the force. Taking the “WeiHe Water Spirit” steel structure sculpture project as an example, detailed analysis and calculations were performed using SAP2000 software. The results show that the vibration mode and dynamic characteristics of the structure are rather complex. The base is mainly sheared, and the torsion effect is very serious. It is necessary to consider the effects of two-way seismic action and high-order vibration modes. At the same time, through the buckling stability analysis, the structure has enough buckling safety factor, and P-Δ effect is more and more obvious with the increase of the vertical and lateral loads whether in the elastic or plastic stage, and the structure is also easier to destabilize and destroy. The component checking and corresponding node design of the sculpture were also conducted, and the design difficulties of this type of special building were elaborated to provide reference for similar structural design.
