[摘要]上海船厂2E2-4地块项目为带大悬挑3层中心支撑-钢框架结构,最大悬挑尺寸39m,属特别不规则多层结构。采用SAP000及MIDAS Gen分别进行弹性阶段建模分析,验证了模型的可靠性;通过竖向荷载传力路径分析,优化了结构布置,确定了结构关键构件;针对楼板应力分析、温度应力分析中发现的薄弱部位,采取了设置施工后浇带、局部加强楼板配筋、控制钢构件设计应力等有效措施;对结构进行了多遇地震、设防烈度地震、预估罕遇地震下的抗震性能分析。结果表明,结构能够达到预定的抗震性能目标。

Structural design of a large-cantilevered and concentrically braced steel frame

Abstract:Project 2E2-4 plot of Shanghai shipyard is a 3-floor concentrically braced steel frame with maximum 39m cantilever, which is a special irregular multistory building. The elastic analysis was carried out by using SAP2000 and MIDAS Gen to ensure the modeling reliability. The load path analysis was conducted to help rational structural design and find out the key members. Some effective measures, including setting late poured band, local strengthening slab and controlling the design stress of steel members, were adopted to enhance the weak parts found by slab stress analysis and temperature stress analysis. Seismic behavior under frequent, fortification and estimated rare earthquakes was studied. The results show that the structure can meet the seismic performance objectives.
