压水堆核电站预应力安全壳三维仿真设计与应用

[摘要]预应力安全壳因其复杂的预应力系统,被视为核岛厂房最为复杂的结构。依托在建核电项目,通过三维仿真设计平台PDMS,把复杂几何关系以离散的形式编写到程序代码中进行预应力三维仿真设计,最终实现预应力钢束绕洞口快速三维建模、闸门区域水平预应力钢束并筋、碰撞检查等功能,同时通过三维仿真设计平台PDMS的二次开发进行平面展开图自动导出、钢束信息智能统计、预应力损失及伸长值自动计算。应用结果表明,采用三维仿真设计平台PDMS进行建模并对此平台进行二次开发不仅提高了预应力三维设计精度和效率,同时提高了设计质量,具有一定的应用推广意义。

Three-dimensional simulation design and application of prestressed containment for pressurized water reactor  nuclear power plant

bstract:Because of its complex prestressed system, the prestressed containment is regarded as the most complex structure of the nuclear power plant. Relying on the nuclear power project under construction, through the three-dimensional simulation design platform PDMS, the complex geometric relations were written in discrete code into the program code for prestressed three-dimensional simulation design, and finally the functions were achieved including rapid three-dimensional modeling of the prestressed tendons around the hole, as well as bundled tendons at the gate area and collision check, etc. At the same time through the secondary development of the three-dimensional simulation design platform PDMS, functions were carried out including automatically derived plane drawing, intelligent statistics of the tendon information, loss of prestress and automatic calculation of elongation. The application results show that the use of three-dimensional simulation design platform PDMS for modeling and secondary development of this platform not only improves the precision and efficiency of the prestressed three-dimensional design, but also improves the design quality and has a certain application and promotion significance.
