[摘要]采用安全壳内置换料水箱(IRWST)是中核集团“华龙一号”主要技术改进项之一。安全壳内置换料水箱布置在内部结构厂房基础底板之上,引起了反应堆厂房内部结构整体稳定、抗滑移、温度作用、结构整体分析、流固耦合、施工阶段验算等方面的变化,针对上述问题进行研究,同时对所采取的计算分析方法进行探讨,并将该成果应用到了“华龙一号”的工程实践中,目前福清5/6号机组内置换料水箱土建施工已经完成,研究成果得到了很好的验证,具有一定工程价值。

Structure design of the in-containment refueling water storage tank of a nuclear power plant

Abstract:The use of in-containment refueling water storage tank (IRWST) is one of the key technical improvements of “Hualong One” by China National Nuclear Corporation. It is arranged on the foundation slab of the internal structures, which changes the overall stability, anti-sliding, temperature effect, structure analysis, fluid-structure interaction and construction phase checking of the reactor buildings. The problems mentioned above were analyzed and the calculating methods were discussed, and the results was applied in the “Hualong One” project. The construction of IRWST in the Fuqing 5/6 unit has been finished. The research results have been well verified and have engineering values.
