中美核安全相关混凝土结构规范抗震措施对比分析*

[摘要]对中国规范与美国规范中核安全相关混凝土结构抗震措施进行了对比分析。结果表明,中美规范核安全相关钢筋混凝土抗震设计对混凝土和钢筋材料的要求基本相同,框架梁纵筋最小配筋率、最大配筋率及最小配箍率、框架梁加密区的长度也基本相同,框架梁实现“强剪弱弯”的能力接近;框架柱纵向钢筋最小配筋率与美国规范的相当,最大配筋率比美国规范略小,框架柱普通箍筋最小体积配箍率与美国规范相比有大有小,框架柱抗震实现“强剪弱弯”的能力是相近的;中国规范实现“强柱弱梁”的能力比美国规范的高。中美规范框架节点区箍筋间距和箍筋最小直径均与框架柱的一致,中国规范框架节点的抗剪安全度比美国规范的略高。中国规范抗震墙的最小配筋率与美国规范是相同的。钢筋抗震锚固长度相差不大。

Comparative study on seismic detailing of concrete structures of nuclear power plant in Chinese and American codes

Abstract:A comparative analysis was made on seismic detailing of concrete structures of nuclear power plant based on Chinese and American codes. It is revealed that for the seismic design  of the reinforced concrete, the requirements for the concrete and steel rebar material are similar in the two codes. The minimum and maximum percentage of the longitudinal steel, the minimum percentage of the stirrup and the highly confined region of the frame  beam are basically the same. The ability of achieving “strength shear and weak bending”of the frame beam  is in the same level. For the columns of the frame, the minimum percentage of the longitudinal steel is roughly equal and the maximum percentage of longitudinal steel is somewhat less than that in American code. The volume percentage of the stirrup of the frame column is less or larger than that in American code. The ability of achieving “strength shear and weak bending” of the frame column is  in the same level and the ability of fulfilling “strength column and weak beam” in Chinese code  is higher than that in American code. The requirement for minimum spacing and diameter of stirrups in frame joint region are identical to that for frame column in both Chinese code and American code. The stirrup spacing and minimum diameter of frame node area is consisitent with frame column. For the joints of the frame, the shear capacity in Chinese code  is larger than that in American code. For the shear wall, the minimum percentage of the longitudinal steel is equal. The anchorage length of the longitudinal steel is roughly the same.
